By using the Sew Daisy & Co website and placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Products
We do our best to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, and handmade items may have small variations in placement, stitching or finish. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered faults.

Orders
Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, if there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we are unable to fulfil the order.

Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery details are correct. Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Personalised and handmade products
Please check all personalised details carefully before placing your order. Once work has begun on a personalised or custom-made item, changes may not be possible.

Limitation of these terms
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
