Shipping Policy

We carefully pack every Sew Daisy & Co order so it arrives ready to enjoy.

Shipping within Australia
Orders are shipped using Australia Post. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Processing times
Ready-made items are usually prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days.

If an item needs to be handmade after your order is placed, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.

During busy periods or collection launches, processing may occasionally take a little longer. If there is an unexpected or significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

Tracking
Where tracking is included with your shipping service, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times
Delivery times provided by Australia Post are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including peak periods, weather or postal delays.

Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at sewdaisyandco@outlook.com. We will do our best to help if the parcel has not yet been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears to be missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will assist you with the next steps and, where appropriate, enquiries with Australia Post.
